AIGLE Privileged Membership Terms & Conditions:
- VIP bonus point scheme will automatically start right after the membership starts.
- Membership is valid for Hong Kong and Macau AIGLE shops only.
- To earn bonus points, customers must provide his/her membership number and registered name before payment. Bonus points are not adjustable after payment.
- No bonus points will be given to the use of gift vouchers or cash rebates.
- Every accumulated 6,000 points entitles a HK$300 cash rebate. To rebate cash, member must show credit card or HK ID card for our verification. All the unused accumulated points will be forfeited with the expired membership.
- Membership is non-transferable. Fraud and abuse relating to the earning of bonus points or redemption orders may result in termination of membership.
- The validity of membership is 2 years. The first expiry date will be the year-end date after two anniversary years. Membership will be renewed for 2 years automatically with 1 purchase in Hong Kong AIGLE shops within the validity period.
- The bonus points are valid for period of 2 years, from the date of initial purchase date to the year-end date after 2 anniversary year. The bonus points will be lapsed after the expiry date.
- Supreme Member Rewards Programme started on 1st Jan and ended on 31st Dec.
- Information printed on the sales memo is valid only if it complies with the computer record of Hong Kong AIGLE.
- Members have to update their contact information, including contact number, e-mail and mailing address in order to receive our latest information.
- Members can update his/her personal information at any of the AIGLE shops or via the website or through AIGLE customer service center. Our staff has the right to verify the member’s personal information before updating.
- Hong Kong AIGLE reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the membership and the bonus point scheme without prior notice.
- In case of disputes on membership scheme, Hong Kong AIGLE reserves the right for final decision.
