Store Opening: AIGLE New Store Landed at K11 MUSEA Connecting the City and the Nature

This October, AIGLE new concept store opens in K11 MUSEA in Tsim Sha Tsui. With the theme “ESCAPE”, AIGLE collaborated with a number of local entities that share the same value on sustainability to curate a green and fashionable space with both urban and nature elements, bringing you out from the hustle and bustle of the city life to a whole new green shopping experience surround by nature. 

Responding to AIGLE’s call to “Escape from city and embrace the nature”, as well as to showcase the brand’s French artisan spirit of excellence over the years, AIGLE has specially designed a simulated rubber tree for the K11 MUSEA store, created in collaboration with various local, creative brands that shared the same value. 

The installation extends to a wooden wall representing the forest, with different rubber boots and footwear displayed, allowing customers to understand and experience the connection between the brand's natural rubber boots and the relationship with nature.

Designed by QUESTterrarium and crafted by  HK Timberbank, the simulated rubber tree presents the process of latex collection, the initial steps for crafting rubber boots. A small container is hung on the tree trunk for the collection of latex. 

Also, there is a 360° virtual tour set up in store, taking you to “Ingrandes”, our rubber boots factory in France, where you can see how the rubber boots are made by hand. The rubber tree art installation shows the first step of the production process, combined with the 360° virtual tour of the factory, you will gain a deeper understanding and a comprehensive experience of the brand’s classic products.

Natural preserved plants are embellished at the ceiling and around every corner of the store, while playing a specially curated song list, paired with the sound of rain and the outdoors, to create a natural ambience in the store with every detail. The city and the nature echoes to one another, we welcome you to travel between the two freely, emphasizing on AIGLE’s latest store concept — escape from the city, and connecting to nature. 

AIGLE has always encouraged cooperation with local entities to reduce carbon emissions caused by transportation, which is in line with its sustainable commitment. The new K11 MUSEA store is no exception, we are joining hands with three local brands:  QUESTterrarium, HK Timberbank and local sustainable design expert OOObject ,to add in green elements to the store, giving customers a different shopping experience.
