SS23 Collection: Love Caught in the Rain

Embracing the sweet February, AIGLE is bringing a sense of romance to the elegant, minimalist fashion items, responding to the theme of the SS23 collection — “LOVE CAUGHT IN THE RAIN”. Depicting the beautiful sensations of warm embrace in the rain and inviting you to experience French romance through the new collection. As AIGLE celebrates its 170th anniversary, the collection not only recreates brand classics, but also incorporates new elements of French style — including Haussmanian vermicules prints inspired by traditional buildings in Paris combined with new silhouettes— a delightful sight for all fans of the brand to welcome the romantic Valentine’s Day together.  

LOVE CAUGHT IN THE RAIN

AIGLE sees the rain as a catalyst that sparks romance. Theming on “LOVE CAUGHT IN THE RAIN”, the SS23 collection with high-performance waterproof fashion items, allowing you to take a stroll in the rain with your beloved, to happily enjoy the beautiful nature in each other’s company, let the romantic atmosphere rain on you!

This season's key items include GORE-TEX and MTD waterproof jackets for men and women, as well as the ever-popular ankle rubber boots, put on the brand’s signature waterproof items from top to bottom, to prepare yourself for carefree outings this season without any concerns for sudden weather changes. 

WOMEN

Highlighted items for women include: the well-received MTD waterproof long coat reissued in contemporary cuts and lengths for a fresh look, topped with an adjustable belt that helps accentuating the waistline; its batwing sleeves offer freedom of movement, completed with a special fold by the cuff for added texture. It guarantees complete protection from the rain under any weather condition.

Another highlight is a knit pullover and an organic cotton long-sleeve shirt featuring the new pattern, both are closet staples for the spring season. New season brings new prints inspired by Haussmanian vermicules on 1920s Parisian architecture, which is still a regular sight on many buildings in Paris today. It is not only a tribute to the French tradition, but also a reminder of the brand's history. 

MEN

For men’s wear, the latest GORE-TEX jacket is pleasing to the eye, featuring a contemporary cut and length, the jacket is highly waterproof, windproof and breathable, suitable to wear to work or to the outdoors. Even made of renewable material, similarly functional and fashionable, it comes with a removable drawstring hood that can easily adapt to all weather conditions. For inner layers, options of cotton t-shirts and shirts are being offered this season, both in solid colors and stripes, the versatile designs are made with comfortable fabrics, and some are even made of recycled materials to help the environment. 

RUBBER BOOTS

Another classic revisited this season is the rubber boot.  It is easier to slip on and ready for any adventures. The rubber boots are soft and comfortable, its sleek outline is simple yet visually-pleasing. With its full protection from the rain, you get to enjoy every rainy moment with your loved one freely.
