Job Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of HR services including staff recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations and training support
- Manage to provide efficient general administrative functions to the office and the retail shops operations
- Formulate and enhance HR & Admin policies and procedures for regular improvement and for better internal control
- Provide professional supports and advices to business units and coordinate with functional heads in building and maintaining strong staff relationships and morale
- Lead to organize and manage orientation, training, company and staff events and CSR programs
- Prepare regular HR reports and assist in HR budget and variance analysis for management review
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resource / Business Administration or related discipline with at least 5 years relevant experience, preferred gained in retail industry
- Familiar with employment ordinance and other relevant legislations for HK & Macau
- Familiar with computerized HR systems, MS Office and Chinese Words Processing
- Independent, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication and people management skills
- Good command in both written spoken of English and Chinese
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills as a team player
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR & Admin Manager
