Customer Relations Co-ordinator

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Retail Manager, the Customer Relations Coordinator will be responsible for :

  • handling and resolving customer services inquiries/complaints via incoming calls, email or social media communication in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
  • Cooperating and liaising with both internal and external parties at all levels to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems for daily operations
  • Identifying the opportunities for improving the customer experience for both online and offline platforms
  • Maintaining good customer relationship
  • Providing administrative and clerical support to the Retail Team
  • Performing ad-hoc assignments and other duties as required


  • Tertiary education with 3 years’ relevant experience on retail operations or customer service
  • Experience and knowledge in fashion retailing are advantages
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua is preferred
  • Mature, positive, responsible, self-motivated, independent and open minded
  • Well-organized and able to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills as a team player
  • Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
