Merchandising & Logistic Executive

 

  • Reporting to the Head of Merchandising, the Merchandising & Logistic Executive will be responsible for:

 

Job Responsibilities

  • To support daily operations to all logistics related activities between 3PL: warehouse and retail stores / office to ensure stock transactions are properly handled
  • To support stocks distribution to different sales channels (store/outlet/e-shop)
  • to follow up shipment schedule and documents, invoice checking and packing list preparation
  • To handle samples and defects stocks including pack & unpack labelling and item transactions entry in POS system
  • To perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Form 5/DSE or above with minimum 2-3 years experience in relevant logistic/supply chain, preferably with retail operation experience
  • Self-motivated, well-organized with positive attitude and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel, basic PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate availability is preferred
