AIGLE has long regarded sustainable development as one of its core values, continuously striving to create green fashion that emphasis on both style and environmental conservation. To bring the sustainable message to consumer via brand new shopping experience, AIGLE open Hong Kong’s first pop-up store launched in Causeway Bay.

 

In order to shed a spotlight to the theme of sustainable fashion of the store, AIGLE has teamed up with a green initiative marketing group Green Bees, to create the brand's first in-store green installation exhibition for its all-new Fall/Winter 2021 capsule collection titled ”ICONICITY”.

 

The ICONICITY collection is creatively helmed by the three newly-appointed artistic directors from Études Studio. Inspired by the ever-changing urban landscape, the new range combines the brand's expertise, craftsmanship and signature elegance, resulting to a series of iconic creations that embodies the concepts of “fashion", "function" and "environmental protection”. The green installation, meanwhile, consists of many urban-inspired elements—from skyscrapers to the refraction of reflective glass, the asphalts on the road and raindrops from the sky—to offer a more profound presentation before the eyes of the public.

The opening of this exhibition has been based on the principle of using renewable and environmentally-friendly materials as much as possible. To achieve that, the brand has invited numerous environmental protection groups in Hong Kong to provide sustainable materials.

 

Hong Kong environmental engineering company, OFLO,  was provider of the display platform bricks that was made from unwanted rubber tires in Hong Kong to demonstrate the cemented walls and building in the city;  whereas the recycled plastic films were upcycled from plastic bottles and lunch boxes provided by local environmental art group, Gaau1 Up Design Studio in different colors and represent the light, shade and reflections of raindrops and buildings in the city. Through multi-party collaboration, AIGLE wishes to spread the word on the value of recycled materials, as well as encourage creativity to infuse the concept of sustainability into art, into brand marketing and operation.

As we welcome the opening of the new Pop-Up, AIGLE is also pleased to announce the official launch of its FW21 Capsule Collection, "ICONICITY’, at six of its stores across Hong Kong and online. 43% of the AIGLE FW21 global collection is made using sustainable and environmental-friendly materials, all to ensure you with AIGLE’s commitment and dedication to sustainable fashion.
